By engaging with our services for the procurement of remote workers, including designers ("Resources"), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

Services Provided

TechBinge India commits to:

• Screening, hiring, contracting, and managing payments for Resources.
• Assigning Resources to customer projects based on mutually agreed terms.
• Providing time log tracking, reporting, and necessary software tools ("TechBinge India Tools").
• Offering initial customer training and project support.

Resource Assignment

Work timings and start dates for Resources will be determined jointly and confirmed via email. TechBinge India will facilitate initial training and communication guidelines for engaging with Resources. Customers acknowledge that Resources are employees of TechBinge India and are responsible for managing the project and the quality of the Work Product developed.

Termination of Resources

Post-trial period, Customers may terminate Resource assignments with a minimum of 15 days' notice.

Fees and Payments

Invoices will be issued by email, detailing hours worked and tasks completed. Discrepancies must be reported within three days for adjustment in the subsequent invoice. TechBinge India reserves the right to modify Resource assignment terms, including rates, with 60 days’ notice. Customers are obligated to pay for any idle time of Resources if no tasks are allocated.

Term and Termination

This Agreement may be terminated by the Customer, provided all Resource assignments are concluded and outstanding balances are settled. TechBinge India may terminate this Agreement or service components upon breach of terms by the Customer, with specific notices provided.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, TechBinge India will cease billing for services. No refunds for prior payments will be issued unless explicitly stated by TechBinge India. Customers must destroy all materials provided under this Agreement and acknowledge that TechBinge India may remove all related customer information from its Tools upon discontinuation.

General Provisions

This Agreement represents the complete understanding between TechBinge India and the Customer regarding its subject matter. Amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties. By hiring a Resource from TechBinge India, the Customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
